Who we are
The El Clot-Camp de l'Arpa Energy Community (CECCA) is a non-profit consumer cooperative that provides energy services to El Clot, Camp de l'Arpa, and nearby neighborhoods.
We are a group of neighbors committed to the energy transition and sustainability of our environment. We believe that energy should be a common good, managed democratically and transparently.
Our mission
We manage the production, distribution and use of clean energy in a community way, promoting:
- The energy transition in our neighborhood
- The reduction of the carbon footprint
- Economic savings for members
- Citizen participation in energy decisions
